The Uplift Elective combines CrossFit and discipleship, challenging you to grow stronger physically while pursuing a deeper relationship with Christ. Through both, you'll discover the discipline and endurance needed to follow Jesus for a lifetime.
Throughout the school, you'll train through CrossFit workouts while growing alongside others through accountability, prayer, Scripture, and authentic community. As you challenge yourself physically, you'll discover that true strength is found not in performance, but in dependence on God. You'll be encouraged to pursue healthy rhythms that shape both your character and your calling.
God desires to strengthen you from the inside out. Step into the challenge, grow deeper in your walk with Jesus, and discover what it looks like to live a life marked by strength, purpose, and wholehearted devotion.

Únete a JUCUM San Diego/Baja's de cinco meses Escuela de Discipulado y Entrenamiento (EDE), un curso acreditado a través de la Universidad de las Naciones, y sumérgete en una experiencia transformadora. Pasa tres meses en el campus en la hermosa región de Baja California en México, justo al sur de San Diego, donde te unirás a una poderosa adoración, enseñanza inspiradora y vida comunitaria que profundizará tu fe y propósito.
Después de tu Fase de Campus, te embarcarás en un alcance transcultural de dos meses, llevando el amor de Jesús a diversas comunidades. Nuestros programas EDE se ofrecen en inglés y español cada otoño, invierno y primavera, con campus en San Antonio del Mar y Ensenada, ¡ambos a pocos minutos de la playa!
